เรียน ผู้ใช้งานระบบ SCIB i-Net และ SCIB d-Banking

เนื่องจากการรวมกิจการระหว่างธนาคารธนชาต และธนาคารนครหลวงไทย มีผลให้ระบบ SCIB i-Net และ SCIB d-Banking จำเป็นต้องปิดให้บริการเป็นการถาวรตั้งแต่วันที่
30 กันยายน 2554 เวลา 22:00 น. เป็นต้นไป โดยท่านสามารถใช้บริการ Thanachart i-Net และ Thanachart d-Banking แทนตามลำดับ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 ตุลาคม 2554
เวลา 18:00 น. เป็นต้นไป ซึ่งมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
  1. สำหรับลูกค้าที่ใช้งานระบบ SCIB i-Net:
    • พิมพ์ www.thanachartbank.co.th > คลิก Thanachart i-Net > คลิก เข้าสู่ระบบ >
    • พิมพ์ User ID. และ Password ของระบบ SCIB i-Net เดิม
    • ลูกค้าที่มี User ID ทั้งของระบบ Thanachart i-Net และ SCIB i-Net กรุณาเข้าใช้งานด้วย User ID และ Password ของ Thanachart i-Net
  2. สำหรับลูกค้าที่ใช้งานระบบ SCIB d-Banking:
    • พิมพ์ www.thanachartbank.co.th > คลิก Thanachart i-Biz > คลิก Thanachart d-Banking > คลิก เข้าสู่ระบบ >
    • พิมพ์ Company ID, User ID. และ Password ของระบบ SCIB d-Banking เดิม

ธนาคารนครหลวงไทย และธนาคารธนชาต ไม่มีนโยบายให้ท่านเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เช่น User ID Password ผ่านช่องทางใดหรือผู้ใดทั้งสิ้น ทั้งนี้เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการทำธุรกรรมทางอินเทอร์เน็ต โปรดเก็บข้อมูล User ID และ Password ไว้เฉพาะกับท่าน

A note to all SCIB i-Net and SCIB d-Banking users:

Siam City Bank is integrating all of its banking services with those of Thanachart Bank, including SCIB i-Net and SCIB d-Banking. These services will no longer be available as of 10:00 p.m. on September 30, 2011. The new, replacement Thanachart Bank services, i-Net and d-Banking respectively, can be accessed starting at 06:00 p.m. on October 3, 2011 per the following instructions:

  1. SCIB i-Net Users:
    • Go to www.thanachartbank.co.th > Click Thanachart i-Net > Click Login >
    • Please use your existing SCIB User ID and Password to sign-in to the new Thanachart Bank i-Net service
    • If you are currently a user of both the SCIB and Thanachart Bank i-Net services, then please login using only your Thanachart Bank User ID and Password
  2. SCIB d-Banking Users:
    • Go to www.thanachartbank.co.th > Click Thanachart i-Biz > Click Thanachart d-Banking > Click Login >
    • Please use your existing SCIB Company ID, User ID. and Password to sign-in to the new Thanachart Bank i-Biz service

Neither SCIB nor Thanachart Bank will ever present you with unexpected web pages or send you unsolicited emails asking for your confidential information, such as your User ID, Password, security questions, etc. We will never ask you to validate or restore your account access through unsolicited email. Do not respond to unsolicited emails or websites that request your personal information nor disclose your User ID and Password to anyone.
